Before you book
Carpentry Appointment Checklist
A useful checklist for villas, homes, apartments, townhouses and offices before a carpenter visit in Dubai.
Before You Contact Us
- Tell us whether the property is a villa, home, apartment, townhouse or office.
- Take one wide photo of the complete item or room.
- Take close-ups of the damaged area, hinges, runners or fixings.
- Measure approximate width, height and depth.
- Write down what happens when the item is used.
- Share your Dubai area, building, villa or townhouse community.
- Mention lift, loading, contractor, gate or work-hour restrictions if relevant.
For Custom Furniture
Include a rough sketch or reference image, the intended use, finish preference and any sockets, skirting, doors, AC grilles or access panels around the planned unit.
For Repairs
Tell us whether the item has been repaired before, whether there is water damage and whether replacement parts are available. This helps distinguish a focused hardware repair from a structural rebuild.
For Offices
Mention the preferred work window and any access or noise restrictions, especially when desks, cabinets, partitions or wall-mounted units are involved.
