What to Send Before Booking a Carpenter in Dubai

A photo, property and measurement checklist that helps a carpenter understand the job before the visit.

Start with the property type

Tell us whether the job is in a villa, home, apartment, townhouse or office. That gives useful context for access, wall construction, furniture size and installation planning.

Send 3–5 useful photos

Include one wide photo, two close-ups of the problem, a photo of any hardware or label and an image showing access around the item.

Add approximate measurements

Width, height, depth and the size of the damaged part are usually enough for an initial review. Custom fabrication may still require a site measurement.

Mention property access

For apartments and offices, mention service lifts, loading access and contractor requirements. For villas and townhouses, mention gate access, stairs or difficult delivery routes.
